I'm not sure at all if we are supposed to get accepted into the site, because I personally want to try to make my own character before deciding on a cannon. Since it was never clear if they are mandatory :3 but here is my creation::

Cutie Mark: Celestial Stars
meaning - Star Shine is shy like a new born star in the sky, but she burns bright in brilliance and loyalty.
Pelt Color: Midnight Blue
Eye Color: Light Blue
Hair Color: Royal Purple and Navy Blue

Personality: Star Shine is shy upon meeting, she is quiet and reserved, surely things would be different in this prospect of her personality if it weren't for the fact her family was in prison. She isn't bold or daring, she lies under the silent and lethal category. But her loyalty does bring out her bravery once called upon. She is clever, quick witted, and observant. She waits patiently for the perfect moment to strike and will do so ruthlessly, but until then. She will continue on her life. Sweet. Kind. Compassionate. And Quiet.
History: Star Shine was born to two pegasi and has a brother who she never meet. At a young age her parents were taken to prison. Reasoning not specific, not having ever meet them makes her feel remorse and a slight degree of hatred towards this new governement in Equestria. But none the less, she still resides in Cloudsdale, being quiet she typically blends into the background, but also being particularly clever and skilled helps her avoid much conflict. She looks towards the Thunderbolts, but talk about a Rebellion also enchants her. She has no stand currently and could be convinced to join either side.
Skills: She is a quick learner and clever thinker, and in combination with her speed in flying makes her a good recruit for either side. She can learn whatever is taught to her with enough of her practice and patience.
Flaws: Star Shine thought brilliant like a star, is quiet, she doesn't like loud noises and can't produce a scream even if her life depended on it. She is rather proud, and can be a bit cruel at times. She tends to lean on the bipolar scale as well. As manipulative and harsh as she is, she is also very forgiving and easy to trick if a pony tries. It is also nearly impossible for her to resist a dare.
